Every table in Leads & Companies has a Sheet switch. The same records and filters open as a grid with column letters, a formula bar, frozen columns and conditional colour.
Keyboard shortcuts work the way you expect, and you can export to Excel at any time.

Formulas that become fields
Write a formula once and it becomes a calculated field, usable in every table, filter, view, routing rule, report and in Wren.
Formulas can reach across records: sum the open deals at an account, count emails in the last 30 days, or measure days since the last touch.
GOOD TO KNOWAdmins decide who can create formulas, since they can feed routing rules.

Pivots and totals
Group by any field and see subtotals. Add a pivot tab to cross owners with stages, or industries with sources, and read the numbers without exporting anything.Every total is live, so the pivot updates as records change.

Edit in bulk, safely
Change owners, stages or fields across many rows at once. Your edits wait as pending changes until you review and apply them.Applying uses the same checks as the rest of Workloom: your permissions, stage gates and the Activity log. Nothing saves silently, and every change can be traced.Good to know: Undo works on applied changes for 30 days.
