01What the service is

Workloom is a software platform for outbound sales: company discovery, data enrichment, buying signals, sending infrastructure, campaign and sequence management, assisted inbox workflows, voice, and activity analytics.

Workloom is a software product. It is not an SDR service, a sales agency, or a managed outreach provider.

02No guarantee of results

Workloom does not guarantee any particular outcome, including reply rates, meetings booked, qualified leads, revenue or deliverability. Any timelines or examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of results.

03You are the sender

Workloom provides software and automation. We do not act as your agent, representative or contractor, and we do not speak for you or your business.

Every message sent through the platform is sent under your authority. You are the legal sender of all communications.

04Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

05Fair usage

The service carries fair usage limits that protect platform stability and deliverability. Limits may apply to leads processed or stored, campaigns and sequences, sending volume initiated through the platform, and AI generation and analysis.

These limits apply whether or not you send through your own inbox provider. Excessive or abusive usage may lead to throttling, suspension, or a required plan change at our discretion.

06Lead exclusivity

Leads generated through Workloom are exclusive inside the Workloom system for a limited window, typically sixty to ninety days from the date the lead enters your workspace. After that window the same lead may become available to other Workloom users.

Exclusivity is determined by canonical company name and primary domain only. It does not extend to job titles, individual contact details or alternative domains, and it does not mean a lead is unique across the internet or unavailable from other vendors.

07Compliance

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of the service follows applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and local email and data protection rules. You confirm you have the lawful right to contact any lead you upload, generate or engage.

08AI disclaimer

The service uses machine learning to generate suggestions, classifications and content. That output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything AI-assisted before it goes out, and Workloom is not liable for actions taken on AI-generated content.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment or deception, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, send unlawful or abusive content, scrape or reverse engineer platform systems, or resell the service without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for breaching this section.

10Your data

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We process it to provide, secure and improve the service. We may keep system logs and metadata for security, auditing, compliance and performance, and may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve the product.

11Billing

Fees are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Cancelling stops future billing only.

12Warranties, liability and law

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid Workloom in the six months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Zaurion Ventures LLP against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
