SOLUTIONS · REVOPS
Governance without a spreadsheet of tools.
RevOps teams spend their time stitching systems together and cleaning up after them. In Workloom the stages, fields, routing and permissions live in one place, and every change to them is tested in a sandbox before it touches live deals.

THE REVOPS TAX
Most of the week goes on keeping tools in sync.
01
Rules live in four places.
Lead routing in one tool, booking rules in another, territories in a sheet, stage requirements in someone’s head.
02
Every change is tested on live deals.
There’s nowhere safe to try a new stage or rule, so mistakes reach the pipeline first.
03
Data quality depends on reps.
Fields go empty because typing them is optional and nobody checks.
04
Reports don’t match.
Each tool counts meetings, stages and activity differently, so every number needs explaining.
ONE PLACE FOR THE RULES
Change the process in an afternoon, not a quarter.
CHANGING A RULE
How a change reaches the team safely.
- 1
Draft
Edit stages, fields or rules in your workspace sandbox. - 2
Test
Run sample leads through the routing test panel. - 3
Review
See the diff of every change before it goes live. - 4
Promote
Apply the changes you choose. The activity log records who did it.
QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Can routing handle territories and round robin together?
Yes. Rules are ordered, so you can route by owner first, then territory, then round robin.
What happens to live data in the sandbox?
Nothing. The sandbox copies your configuration only and runs on fictional data.
Can we export our data model?
Records export to CSV for anyone who holds the export permission, and every export is written to the activity log.
Do field changes sync to HubSpot?
Yes, one way: changes made in Workloom are pushed to HubSpot, and HubSpot never overwrites Workloom.
