This policy explains how Workloom, operated by Zaurion Ventures LLP, handles personal data when you use this website or the Workloom platform. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
01Who we are
Workloom is a product of Zaurion Ventures LLP, registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Under applicable data protection law, Zaurion Ventures LLP acts as a data controller for website data and as a data processor for customer data handled inside the platform.
02What we collect
Website and account information: name, work email address, company name, role and contact details, along with anything submitted through a form or an onboarding step.
Platform and usage data: lead and contact records uploaded or generated by users, campaign, sequence and inbox activity, and system logs, timestamps and usage metrics.
Technical and analytics data: IP address, browser, device and operating system, pages visited, referral source, interaction data, and cookies or similar technologies.
03How we use it
To run and maintain the platform, assess account eligibility and product fit, power AI features such as classification and assistance, monitor performance, security and abuse, improve reliability, communicate about service updates and support, and meet legal obligations.
04AI and automated processing
Workloom uses machine learning to analyze data, classify responses and generate suggestions. Those systems may process lead data, message content and interaction metadata.
AI output assists the user. The user remains responsible for reviewing, approving and sending any communication.
05Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it with service providers covering infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email delivery and security, all under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with legal authorities where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
06Lead data
Lead and contact data processed inside Workloom belongs to the customer who uploaded or generated it. Workloom claims no ownership of customer lead data.
Where lead exclusivity applies it is defined within the Workloom system and governed by the Terms of Service. Exclusivity does not mean a record is unique across the internet or absent from other platforms.
07Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. System logs and metadata may be kept for security, auditing and performance work. Aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08International transfers
Your data may be processed and stored outside your own country, including in India and in other places where our service providers operate. We take steps to keep appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
09Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@useworkloom.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
