SOLUTIONS · AGENCIES
Run every client from one console.
Outbound agencies juggle a login per client per tool. Workloom gives your team one console across every client workspace, with each client owning its data and granting your access, so switching clients takes a click and offboarding takes none.
- Multi-client console
- Client-owned data
- Your branding
WHAT SLOWS AN AGENCY DOWN
The tool bill grows with every client you win.
01
A stack per client.
Every new client means new seats in a CRM, a data tool, a sequencer and a dialer, and new logins for your team.
02
Domains and inboxes nobody owns.
Sending infrastructure is set up in the agency’s name and becomes a problem when a client leaves.
03
Reporting by screenshot.
Results live in four tools, so the monthly report is built by hand.
04
Messy offboarding.
When a client leaves, access, data and domains need untangling.
HOW AGENCIES USE IT
Built for teams that work across many workspaces.
ONBOARDING A CLIENT
From signed contract to first Weave.
- 1
Client signs up
They create their workspace and plan. They own it from day one. - 2
They grant access
Your team gets access to the Weaves, lists and mailboxes you need, with an end date. - 3
Infrastructure warms
Domains and inboxes for the client start their warm-up, 21 days by default. - 4
You run it
Weaves, calls and reporting from your console. The client approves what matters.
QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Who pays for the client’s workspace?
The client, directly. Agencies in the Agency Partner programme earn a revenue share on it. Premier Partners can also bill clients wholesale.
What happens when a client leaves?
Their workspace, data and domains stay with them. Your access ends through the handover flow.
Can we white-label Workloom?
Talk to us: we agree branding with each agency. Full white-label comes with Premier Partner.
Do our staff need to be certified?
To use Workloom for clients, no. To join the Agency Partner programme, two of your team need the Workloom Certified Operator certificate.
