One record, one audit trail, your rules.
Large sales organisations need control before they need features. Workloom gives you roles by team, access that expires, every change logged with who approved it, and an assistant that never acts without a person.

WHAT HOLDS ENTERPRISE TEAMS BACK
Tools spread faster than anyone can govern them.
01
Customer data lives in five vendors.
Every sales tool keeps its own copy, each with its own access rules and its own risk.
02
Agencies and contractors keep access forever.
Outside operators get logins that nobody remembers to remove.
03
AI tools act without a trail.
Assistants write to the CRM or email customers with nobody accountable for the change.
04
Security review takes a quarter.
Every new sales tool starts the questionnaire again.
CONTROL, BUILT IN
Governance your security team will sign off.

Rollout
Region by region, with one rulebook for routing across all of them.
QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Do you hold security certifications?
We publish our controls and sub-processors in the trust centre. Certifications are listed there once they’re issued.
Where is data stored?
Customer data is stored in Microsoft Azure. Region options are listed in the trust centre.
Can we keep Salesforce?
Salesforce sync is in development. Today, HubSpot and CSV imports are supported.
Do you support SCIM?
Yes. Joiners and leavers sync from your identity provider over SCIM 2.0, and group mappings set teams and roles. Signing in through your identity provider (SAML or OIDC) is not built yet.
