Discovery finds the companies worth examining. Contact data maps the people inside them. Signals add the events and conditions that change timing. Infrastructure provisions the domains, mailboxes and phone numbers used to operate. Outreach carries the thread across email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram. The important detail is ownership. Domains, mailboxes and phone numbers are provisioned and held by Workloom, not rented from a pool. That changes the failure mode. A sending identity isn't a disposable attachment to a campaign. It's part of the same record that stores the account, contact, signal and outreach history. Infrastructure can therefore participate in the workflow instead of sitting outside it as a separate vendor console.

The platform contains 574 operations, 186 services and 94 record types across 80 screens. Those figures aren't there to make the product sound large. They show where the work lives: account discovery, contact changes, signal processing, mailbox operation, call preparation, conversation history and the state between them. WHY THE HANDOFFS MATTER
