A CRM your reps don’t have to update.

Calls, emails, meetings and website visits write to the record on their own. Wren turns them into stage, amount and next-step changes, and your rep approves each one in a click. The pipeline you review on Monday is the pipeline that exists.

WHAT YOU CAN CANCEL

Stop paying for a database that waits to be filled.

Workloom keeps the record current from the work itself. Reps stop typing, and managers stop rebuilding the forecast.

HOW IT STAYS CURRENT

Everything your team knows about an account, on one record.

01

Every conversation lands on the deal.

Emails, calls, meetings and site visits attach to the right person and company as they happen. Nobody pastes notes. Nobody forwards threads to a logging address.

02

Updates are drafted for your reps.

After a call, Wren proposes the new stage, amount, close date and contacts, with the reason next to each change. Your rep approves, edits or discards. Nothing changes without a name on it.

03

Stages that mean something.

Set what a deal needs before it moves: an amount, a decision maker, a close date. Reps see the gap when they try to move it, and Wren fills in what it heard on the call.

04

A forecast you don’t have to chase.

Commit, best case and pipeline come straight from deals that are current. Stale deals show in red with the days since anything happened. Your forecast call gets shorter.

05

Your fields, your process.

Add the fields your business runs on. Routing rules, task outcomes and Wren read them by name, so custom data drives the work instead of sitting in a report.

06

Every change has an owner.

The activity log shows who changed what, from what to what, and why. Wren’s suggestions show who approved them.

QUESTIONS

What buyers ask before they switch.

Can we move our records from our current CRM?
Yes. Import a CSV or connect HubSpot directly. The import fills empty fields on records you own and never overwrites a teammate’s data.
Does Wren change deals on its own?
No. Wren drafts changes and shows them to the deal owner. A person approves every change, and the log records who did.
Who sees which records?
Each role reaches its own records, its team’s, the team and below, or everyone. Reps see their own by default and managers see their team. Admins set it in Roles and permissions.
We already pay for a CRM. Why switch?
Because the work already happens in Workloom. Calls, email, meetings and visits write to the record and Wren stages the updates, so the pipeline stays current without anyone typing. If other teams need HubSpot, keep it and let Workloom update it.
