ECOSYSTEM · INTEGRATIONS AND API
Works with the systems you keep.
Workloom replaces most of the sales stack, but not every system in your company. Keep HubSpot or Salesforce for other teams, connect your Google or Microsoft mail and calendars, and build on our API and webhooks.

One-way where it keeps you safe, two-way where it has to be.
01
CRM sync, one way.
Workloom pushes records and activity into HubSpot, with Salesforce in development. Your other teams keep working where they are.
02
Mail and calendars, two way.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes and calendars, so replies and meetings land on the record.
03
Messaging.
WhatsApp Business templates and replies, and Telegram, on the same record as email and calls.
04
API and webhooks.
Read and write records, deals and activity, and receive events as they happen.

QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Why is CRM sync one way?
So Workloom never overwrites what another team changed. Two-way sync is on the roadmap.
Is there a Zapier app?
Not yet. Use signed webhooks or the REST API instead.
Do API keys expire?
Keys don’t expire on their own, but each has a rotation date, and when you rotate a key the old one keeps working for 24 hours.
