One queue, a forecast you trust.

A sales lead and a team of reps usually run on a sequencer, an inbox, a dialer and a CRM that someone fills in on Friday. In Workloom every rep works one queue, every call, reply and meeting lands on the deal, and the forecast is built from that work.

Every rep works one queue. Every call, reply and meeting lands on the deal, and your forecast is built from that work, not from Friday’s clean-up.

What people ask first

Do reps still need a separate dialer, sequencer and inbox?

No. Reps call from the browser or a power dialer, run sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls and messages, and answer from one inbox, with one row per person. All of it lands on the same record.

How do you stop reps from over-messaging the same person?

There is one cap per person: at most three messages in seven days, across every sequence. The next message waits instead of becoming a fourth, and a reply anywhere stops the sequence.

Does Wren send things on its own?

No. Outbound Wren writes each step and Meetings Wren drafts the follow-up. You approve them or let a sequence run, and every message is checked before it leaves. Wren never marks a deal won on its own.

Can we keep our current CRM while we try it?

Yes. Run one pod in Workloom while the rest of the team stays where it is. Changes made in Workloom are pushed to HubSpot one way, and HubSpot never overwrites Workloom.

Can teammates read each other’s mail?

Only at the privacy level you choose, per mailbox and per conversation. A colleague’s private mail shows as “we talked”, or not at all.
