Discovery starts with 35 worker types feeding our own crawl, so target accounts come from Workloom rather than a purchased list. Contact data passes every work address through three verification providers before anything sends. Signals keep the record moving with the context the next step needs.

Infrastructure provisions and holds domains, mailboxes and phone numbers instead of renting them from a pool. Outreach carries one prospect thread across email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram. Voice completes the owned stack. AI sits inside the system, not between disconnected vendors.

What breaks in a rented stack

A rented stack passes account discovery to one vendor, contact data to another and sending to a third. Each handoff exports a partial record. Context gets copied, delayed or left behind. The next tool acts on a thinner version of what the first tool knew.

A discovery worker finds a target account through Workloom's own crawl. Contact data attaches work addresses and sends each one through three verification providers. Signals add the next decision point. Infrastructure supplies the held domains, mailboxes and phone numbers. Outreach then keeps email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram on one thread per prospect.

Sending health is re-checked every six hours. If DNS regresses, campaigns pause themselves. The record keeps its state as it moves into voice, because every layer belongs to the same system. That is the mechanism. Not a stitched sequence of vendor handoffs.
