CONTACT DATA

A company record should become a person you can contact.

You have company records, but the handoff to a named, verified contact keeps breaking.

Start with a company, not a spreadsheet of guessed emails. Workloom builds the org chart, finds named people, derives work addresses, and adds mobile numbers from its own collection. The enrichment waterfall runs our scraping first, then uses outside providers only where needed. Titles land in a role taxonomy, so seniority filters operate on normalized data through discovery and outreach.

FROM THE RECORD

Turn a company into a contact

The record is only the starting point.

Org charts, verified work addresses, and mobile numbers are produced in-house. Named people on a company record are promoted into contactable people with derived addresses, instead of staying trapped as names attached to an account.

The enrichment waterfall runs our own scraping first. Vendors fill the gaps only where they have to. That contact data can then move into discovery with the person, role, and fields intact.

ADDRESS LOGIC

Guess the address without pretending

Good guessing is adaptive. False certainty is expensive.

The adaptive guesser handles nicknames, around 19 address patterns, and per-domain convention learning. It adjusts to how a domain actually forms addresses instead of applying one fixed pattern to every company.

When a domain accepts everything, the guesser gives up honestly. That address stays unproven rather than being passed off as a confident contact.

VERIFICATION

Prove the address before outreach

A guess is not a verdict.

Three providers verify every address. Two run in parallel. The third exists purely to break catch-all verdicts, where a domain accepts every address and the first checks cannot separate a real inbox from a dead one.

Verified results stay fresh for 30 days and expire at 90. Their status can feed outreach and the wider platform without hiding how the verdict was reached.
