Shared warmup pools burn you

Your domain shouldn't inherit someone else's sending behavior.

A shared warmup pool ties your reputation to traffic you don't control. One sender's behavior becomes part of the same environment your domain has to survive. The failure is structural, not mysterious.

Workloom runs warmup at the mailbox level. Intensity is a five-step dial from paused to maximum. Warmup mail is tagged at ingest, so it stays out of your inbox and out of your numbers. Your outbound campaigns can run through /outreach without mixing test traffic into reporting.

The setup is one operation

Buying the domain is only useful if the rest of the chain is ready.

Workloom buys the domain, writes the DNS zone, provisions the mailboxes, and starts warmup as one orchestrated setup. DNS is provider-abstracted across two clouds and chosen per domain, so live domains can move one at a time.

Mail runs through domain-wide delegation. One service account acts for each mailbox, so nobody clicks an OAuth consent screen. A per-mailbox limiter matches the provider's 250 quota units per second ceiling. The same owned substrate supports the sending paths in /voice and the wider system in /platform.

When DNS regresses, campaigns stop

A broken record should not keep sending while nobody is watching.

Every live domain is re-checked every six hours. Workloom watches the records that determine whether mail can keep operating, including MX and SPF.

When MX or SPF regresses, campaigns pause automatically. The system stops the handoff from infrastructure into outbound instead of leaving a campaign to discover the failure through its own delivery data.
